Meet Evan & Alex
Sonomarin Home Buyers is run by two people who grew up in this area, not a call center reading from a script. Here's a bit about each of us.
Alex Stagnaro

Born and raised in Sonoma County, Alex has been involved in real estate full time since the age of 19. After nearly a decade of renovating single family homes and small multifamily properties in the area, Alex became a licensed agent and has helped guide many clients through the process of selling or buying both their own homes as well as investment properties.
Alex is passionate about design and has a strong intuitive sense of how to bring a property to its full potential. Running Sonomarin Home Buyers has allowed Alex to take the sum of his knowledge and deploy it in a way where he is most effective. He currently lives in San Francisco with his husky like chow (chow like husky?) Zander.
Evan Fowler

Evan has been in Sonoma County since the 90s and makes his home out on the Russian River with his wife and two daughters. He's been buying and selling property in the area for 25 years.
Evan is a licensed agent and mortgage loan originator who feels he is best able to serve his community through his work with Sonomarin Home Buyers, where he can put on his creative thinking cap and problem solve real estate situations for people who are in true need. He is also passionate about youth sports and volunteers his time coaching kids soccer, mountain biking and climbing.
